Common questions

Is Flow free?

Yes. Flow is free while in preview: every app, sync between your devices and team workspaces. No credit card.

Does Flow work offline?

Yes. The Android, Linux and Windows apps keep your tasks and daily goals on the device. Changes made offline are saved at once and sync when you are back online. The web app needs a connection.

How do I type a task with a project, label and priority?

Type naturally: “Pay rent tomorrow p1 #Home @bills”. # files it in a project (a new name creates the project), @ adds a label, p1–p3 sets the priority, and words like tomorrow, friday or “every monday” set the date and repeat. You can also pick them from the chips under the task name.

What are daily goals?

Things you want to do every day, like reading 20 pages or exercising. Tick them off on My day, count them (8 glasses of water), get a reminder, and watch your streak. Days a goal doesn’t repeat on are rest days and never break a streak.

I didn’t get the 6-digit email code

Check your spam folder, then use “Send a new code” on the sign-in screen. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Still nothing? Send us a message with the “Account & sync” option.

How do I install Flow on Ubuntu?

Open the App Center and search for Flow, or run: sudo snap install invicly-flow. A .deb and .rpm are on the Download page too.

Windows says it protected my PC. Is Flow safe?

The Windows preview isn’t code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows a warning for an unknown publisher. Download it only from flow.invicly.com, then choose More info → Run anyway.

How do I install the Android app?

Download the APK from the Download page, open it on your phone and allow installing from your browser when Android asks. Later versions update over it.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Send a message with “Account & sync” from the email address of your account and we’ll delete everything.
